De foto’s doen deze accommodatie te weinig eer; het is een geweldig ruim huis en alles is aanwezig. Er wacht je een warm welkom, niet alleen door een attente welkomstboodschap van de host, maar ook van alle dieren! Er lagen zakjes snacks voor de dieren klaar, dus onze 9 jarige zoon was gelijk buiten de geiten en paarden aan het voeren. Ook lagen er verse eitjes in de koelkast die we mochten gebruiken.
Je hebt een geweldig uitzicht vanaf het huis, totale ontspanning! en toen het donker werd (en het is daar écht donker) hebben miljoenen sterren gezien.
De bedden waren heerlijk, en we vonden het jammer dat we slechts 1 nachtje hadden geboekt. Een absolute aanraden wat ons betreft.

Pororongup House is a lovely retreat. So peaceful. The home was exceptionally clean and had everything you would need. The bed was so comfortable. The interior was decorated tastefully with natural materials. I particularly appreciated being able to leave my dog in the fully fenced yard to go hike Mount Trio. Kylee was willing to go check on my dog if needed. A really fabulous place to stay.

Loved how dog friendly the whole place was. Fenced area around chalet and a couple of larger fenced dog run/sniff areas. Really well supplied kitchen. Fresh eggs, much appreciated. Animals and chooks right next to chalet. Nesting swallows and Willy wag tails in the outside pergola. Loved it. Nothing.

We had a lovely stay at Porongurup house. We used it as a base to hike the Stirling Ranges which worked perfectly for us. The house was setup to keep you cosy and warm which was a bonus when you have achy muscles from the mountain treks! Kylee was fast to respond when we had a minor problem and was really thoughtful in leaving a bottle of wine and a dozen eggs for the inconvenience which we didn’t expect ❤️
We loved the animals and they loved us too (except the white alpaca didn’t seem to like my son 😂) He liked me though!

Kylee and her husband went above and beyond to make me and my sister very welcome.
Bags of feed for the animals were left out, we couldnt wait to go and explore the farm.
I would highly recommend visiting and staying at least 2 nights to take full advantage of the truelly wonderful experience.

a beautiful little place to stay. the kids loved the animals and had a lot of fun. The fenced in yard for the dog is really great for people travelling with their pets. The accommodation was nice and cosy and had everything we needed.
